Billy Andrews RIP

It is with great sadness that we have learned of the passing of a great friend to many in trials, Billy Andrews. Billy was still riding regularly and was a faithful supporter of trials throughout ACU Western and beyond. A Gloucester & Cotswold MC member, Billy worked at Cotton Motorcycles when its factory was in Gloucester, and he rode trials for most of his adult life.
He enjoyed trips away, particularly to the Scottish Six Days Trial and the Pre-65 Scottish Two Day Trial where he was the life and soul of the party. He will be deeply missed and we send our condolences to his family at this very difficult time. His passing was announced at the ACU Western trials prizegiving, where many of Billy's lifelong friends were in attendance today. Billy is understood to have died within the last few days. Billy's funeral was held on Friday 10th January, at St George's Church, Tuffley. [on 14Dec2019 ]
